Property Agent (Thailand)

The Property Agent is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing properties while providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.



Key Responsibilities:



- Market and promote residential and/or commercial properties



- Generate and manage client leads



- Conduct property viewings and client consultations



- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements



- Prepare and coordinate contracts and documentation



- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on inquiries



Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- At least 1-2 years minimum experience in selling/leasing properties
