Property & Casualty Claims Analyst

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Property & Casualty Claims Analyst will support the entire process of creating, assigning, and notifying claims.

We will count on you to:

• Receive and review client claim notices.
• Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.
• Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system.
• Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage.

What you need to have:

• Technical or technologist degree in insurance, administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport, machinery, fire, liability, IRF).
• Experience performing claims triage.
