Property Contract Specialist

Role Summary
To lead and independently manage complex property and tower-related contracts involving State-Backed Companies (SBC), industry partners, and government entities, ensuring effective dispute resolution, strong contract governance, and commercially sound outcomes that protect network continuity and corporate interests. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the subject-matter expert for high-impact contractual matters and providing strategic advice to senior management.
Responsibilities
Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Lead and manage contractual disputes end-to-end by proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders and driving timely resolution in line with contractual dispute mechanisms.
