Property Coordinator 1 (Distribution Acquisitions)

BC Hydro has two exciting opportunities available on our Distribution Acquisitions, Properties team.

The Distribution Acquisitions Services (DAS) team provides expertise in the acquisition of property rights in support of BC Hydro’s distribution electrical system. We work collaboratively with various business groups (Distribution/Field Operations, Engineering and Generation) as well as external stakeholders to support project delivery of distribution electric system operations benefiting private landowners and commercial operations.

What you'll do

• Examines, researches, and analyzes requests and proposals from internal and external sources regarding existing or new BC Hydro property interests and makes decisions if the proposal/request warrants further technical and engineering review.
