As we grow, we’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented Part-Time Property Coordinator (contractor) to support both our Operations and Leasing departments in the field and remotely.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assist with property access and documentation during move-in, move-out, and routine property visits under the guidance of licensed staff and company procedures
• Attend and assist with showings by providing property access
• Support tenant rental application processing, including collecting documents and verifying application completeness
• Collect, process, and verify onboarding information such as Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) forms, tenant contact info, and lease documentation
