Job Description
· Consolidation (Transfer of ownership of titles and declarations) including all transactions to the related government agencies.
· Secure supporting documents such as: Assessment and/or payments of Real Property Tax (RPT), Certified True Copy of tax declarations, certified true copy of title, payment of transfer taxes, certificate of no improvement, and tax clearance at city hall/municipal and provincial.
· Inspection, preparation and monitoring of consolidation reports
· Property Sales Support.
· Legal Department Support.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Real Estate Management & Business Management or equivalent
· Must know how to drive is an advantage for this role
· Computer Literate
· Willing to travel nationwide/ on field work.
· With Driving experience for mobility
· Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
· Can start immediately
