Property Custodian

Job Summary

The Property Custodian is responsible for safeguarding, monitoring, and managing company-owned tools, equipment, and materials. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper documentation, and efficient asset control to support the company's Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records of tools, equipment, and company assets.
• Tag, label, and track movement of assets between warehouse and project sites.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Inspect and document incoming deliveries and newly acquired equipment.
• Issue and receive tools and materials with proper documentation.
• Prepare and manage asset forms (e.g., MRE/PAR) and coordinate with HR and Finance for clearances.
