We're looking for a Property Damage Coordinator who can expertly manage the full lifecycle of property damage claims—from first notice to final settlement—while delivering exceptional client communication every step of the way.
What You'll Do
File first and third-party property damage claims with insurance carriers on behalf of licensed insurance counselor
Coordinate rental car arrangements with enterprise partners and insurance companies
Obtain regular status updates from insurance adjusters via phone and email
Provide proactive client communication on claim progress, timelines, and next steps
Identify required documentation (police reports, estimates, photos, proof of ownership)
Follow up with clients to obtain missing paperwork
Draft correspondence for U.S.-based insurance counsel...
