Job Description
- Oversee overall project cash flow and drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the financial targets set for each development.
- Support the property and land acquisition team by assessing the development potential of new sites, including product design and sizing, costing, marketing strategy, product differentiation, and project timelines.
- Review local ordinances and zoning codes to determine development parameters and lead feasibility studies for all potential new projects.
- Develop, manage, and monitor detailed budgets and project schedules for individual developments.
- Lead and manage consultants and contractors, including engineers and architects, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Approve all sales and marketing -related expenses and variation orders for projects after consultation with relevant stakeholders.
