The Aga Khan Development Network is recruiting a Property Development and Management - Senior Analyst based in Europe.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in leading the coordination and management of property-aligned teams globally. They will coordinate the assessment of properties within the global portfolio, working with stakeholders and agencies to explore viable options for property holdings, including currently utilized, underutilized, and undeveloped assets. They will identify appropriate investment opportunities by maintaining/improving current property assets, improving utilization, and assessing acquisition opportunities. Fostering a culture of intra-agency cooperation through joint asset usage and development will be key to optimizing return on investment/value.
