A leading investment firm is looking for a Property Development Manager to join their property division. This role offers exceptional growth opportunities with the opportunity to grow into a CEO role.

In this role, you will maintain oversite for the property development division of the growth with significant funds having been earmarked for property investment in Africa.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Quantity Surveying, Town & Regional Planning)

Minimum of 15 years’ relevant property development experience

Experience in commercial property development, mixed-use developments and residential developments, with experience in leading the development.

Excellent understanding of commercial, legal and financial aspects relating to property projects.
