Property Engineer

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
• 2–5 years of experience in property or building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
• Willing to work on-site and handle operational concerns
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to Lipa City, Batangas.
