Property Engineer

Job description:
Ensure that all building equipment are operating at their specified operating hours.
Assist all technical personnel on the specification of all equipment and maintenance programs.
Oversee the implementation of technical personnel's activities and equipment service providers' maintenance programs.
Facilitate and implement all maintenance contract and agreement for all critical equipment.
Provide sufficient stocks for all repairs and maintenance materials and implement stock card system for proper documentation.
Monitor & record all utilities consumption (electricity, water and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with the approved budget.
Implement the Energy Management Plan for coordination with the building representatives as well as the contractual technical personnel. .
Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
