Property Engineer

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in building systems and facilities
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to work independently and in a team

Pre-Operations:

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and documentation of building systems
• Attend project meetings to raise operational concerns
• Set up equipment databases and maintenance schedules
