Property Engineer

Requirements:

• With at least 2-5 years working experience in Property Management (Residential Condominium)
• With at least 2-5 years of experience as Property or Building Engineer
• Must be Licensed Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineer etc.
• Can Start Immediately
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Willing to work in Chino Roces Ave., Makati City

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identify maintenance and repair needs, and coordinate the necessary repairs and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring work is completed within budget and on time.
