PROPERTY ENGINEER (URGENT)

As a Property Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of properties, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities. Your primary goal will be to optimize the performance, reliability, and safety of property assets while minimizing downtime and operational costs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify immediate maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Review and adjust daily preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Supervise ongoing maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
