Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Property Executive to be based at Parkway Parade.

Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.

Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures

Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
