Job Description

 
  Summary 
 This role primarily involves owning key financial accounting functions for the property division. The role will be in a share service environment and is expected to work alongside the rest of the Business Services Team based in Manila. This role will report to Property Financial Accounting Supervisor.
 
  Responsibilities 
 The tasks and responsibilities for the role include: 
 End of Month Close
 Accruals
 Prepayments
 Oversight of accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation
 Balance Sheet Reconciliation
 Monthly Reporting
 Ad-hoc project work
 Assistance with audit and controls
 
  Qualifications 
  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course, Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
