Property Financial Accounting Manager

Supervision:
The position will report to Head of Shared Services. This role ensures consistent management of key tasks and functions for Property Financial Accounting for Centuria's Asset Mgmt.
Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, manage and mentor team of 6FTE's within the Manila office

· Property Financial Accounting responsibilities across approximately 325 assets with strategy for additional growth

· Overview of monthly accruals processing with specified time window; Income, Expenses and Outgoings

· Aid Property Managers as a business partner for monthly P&L Variance

· Drive completion of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation as well as distribution of Reporting Packs
