Property General Manager

I. BASIC FUNCTION

The Property General Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property, overseeing daily activities in alignment with the Lease Agreement and company policies. Additionally, the Property Manager manages the financial well-being of the property, including financial and insurance-related matters, while implementing strategies to enhance its overall value.

II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and support the entire property management team in achieving shared objectives successfully.
• Exhibit a strong leadership presence through both appearance and actions, building confidence and encouraging collaboration within the team.
• Ensure efficient and effective business operations, maintaining high standards of performance and compliance, contributing to operational efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with lessees and customers to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
