Property & Infrastructure Disputes Solicitor – Edinburgh

An established and respected law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its Edinburgh-based Property & Infrastructure Disputes team. This is a dynamic and varied role within a collaborative environment, offering exposure to both property litigation and contentious construction matters.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of disputes, including complex property contracts, landlord and tenant issues, title and boundary matters, and property-related debt recovery. The team also has a recognised specialism in telecoms disputes under the Electronic Communications Code. On the construction side, the work focuses on post-completion defect claims and professional indemnity matters.
