About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven Property Investment Analyst to support our growing Buyer's Agency.

Your primary responsibility will be sourcing investment-suitable properties aligned with each client's wish list and producing clear, data-backed analysis to support shortlisting and decision-making.

This role starts part-time (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Australian time) with a strong opportunity to transition to full-time within 3–4 months based on performance.

To support the buyer's agency by:

• Identifying high-quality investment properties
