This role offers exposure to a wide range of sophisticated property and development matters. You’ll be working on transactions that span the full lifecycle of a project – from acquisitions and due diligence through to structuring developments, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, subdivisions, leasing, and navigating property related taxes such as GST and stamp duty. You’ll also gain insight into funding and capital raising strategies for development projects, giving you a truly commercial perspective.
