Our client is a specialist property law firm who provide exceptional property-related legal services with a client-focused approach. It is a small team lead by two experienced Principal's. They have a relaxed and flexible culture and professional offices in Sydney CBD. You will be supported by a team of conveyancers and paralegals and report to the Principal's.

About the role

• 4-6 years property law experience
• 50/50 conveyancing/leasing
• Leasing experience essential, including drafting and negotiating retail, commercial and industrial leases
• Conveyancing experience to include residential, commercial, company title, off the plan, transfers, knowledge of easements/restrictions, caveats and option agreements
