                         Our client is a Melbourne CBD law firm looking for a motivated 5+ PQE Property Lawyer. If you are seeking work life balance this role is for you! Leave the office by 5.30pm each day.
independently manage property transactions on behalf of a loyal group of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm.

 Duties
Issue lease and licence contracts
Liaise with clients regarding amendments
Manage conveyancing matters
Prepare contracts of sale documentation
Draft a range of legal documents
Review contracts
Manage lease assignments
Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters
