We are seeking an experienced and responsible Property & Leasing Manager
to oversee daily operations, leasing, and tenant management at
UCSI Residence, Cheras
, with a focus on long-stay residential units.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Management

• Manage rental and leasing operations, including unit marketing, tenant sourcing, and tenancy agreements
• Handle rental collection, renewals, and follow-ups
• Manage tenant check-in and check-out processes
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and ensure high service standards
• Handle residents' feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally
