This role acts as a key intermediary between property owners and prospective buyers, focusing on promoting properties and facilitating negotiations. Ownership of a valid Real Estate Broker License is advantageous. Strong closing, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, with a regular shift from 8am to 5pm onsite in BGC, Taguig City. Knowledge of Microsoft applications and social media is required.
