The Role

Forbes Solicitors are seeking a Solicitor to join our Property Litigation team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a supportive environment while handling a varied case load of Property Litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied case load of Property Litigation matters, while drafting and responding to proceedings in the County and High Courts as well as the First Tier Property Tribunal.
• Provide clear written and verbal legal advice, and managing communications with clients, opponents, Courts/Tribunals and third parties to progress files.
• Supporting the wider team by assisting colleagues on cases, contributing to departmental objectives, and collaborating across departments on joint matters and projects.
