Property Maintenance Manager

Property maintenance jobs include:

Service calls for door handles loose, light bulb changes, leaky sinks and toilets, light ballast replacement, painting and light construction

Property projects: landscaping beds, painting units, caulking windows, building repairs interior and exterior. Small modifications on interior buildouts framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing.

Property is an 40,000 sq ft office space in three buildings.

Very flexible working hours for projects. Service calls are usually handled same day. Not many service calls -maybe one or two a week. Additional work available at other locations if interested in more hours.
