Property Maintenance

• Live onsite and provide daily maintenance of the property
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the building and grounds
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to management
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate repairs as necessary
• Perform water and electrical reading of tenants
• Perform grass cutting works maintaining, trimming, and cleaning of lot area
• Other tasks given by the immediate supervisor
