At In.Corporate, we are currently looking for a highly skilled Property Management professional to join the team of a construction and development company located in Córdoba City.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing and maintaining communication with HUD and Section 8 Housing is essential. Familiarize yourself with the following tasks: sourcing and screening tenants, managing voucher payments, handling tenant payment balances, overseeing lease agreements, and conducting inspections with contractors or a Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors regarding repairs, maintenance, and warranties for new construction. This coordination should extend for 12 months.
• Regularly communicate with tenants to address their needs and concerns effectively.
