Property Management Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Property Management Assistant to support day-to-day property management operations. This role plays a key part in tenant onboarding, maintenance coordination, and administrative support, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support for tenant applications, onboarding, and new management tasks
• Administer arrears management, routine inspections, and repair & maintenance requests
• Act as the main point of contact coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors for maintenance concerns
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
