Profile Requirements:

• Property Management Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in property management or a related real estate administrative role required; industry experience preferred.
• AppFolio Proficiency: Working knowledge of AppFolio or similar property management software with the ability to navigate tenant records, leases, and maintenance workflows.
• Tenant Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage tenant interactions professionally and clearly.
