WE ARE LOOKING FOR Virtual Assistant (VA) – Property Management

(Australian or International Account)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Property Management Assistant.
• At least 3 years of property management experience handling Australian or international real estate accounts.

Strong knowledge of:

• Lease agreements
• Tenant communication
• Maintenance coordination
• Rent collection and arrears follow-up
• Property listings and advertising

MUST HAVE QUALITIES:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Experience handling:

• Email and phone support
• Work order processing
• Routine inspection coordination
• Lease renewals
• Tenant screening
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
