Key Responsibilities:

1. Rental Collection and Tenant Management

• Ensure timely collection of rental payments.
• Issue invoices promptly to tenants.
• Follow up with problem tenants through calls or visits.
• Provide necessary information to the lawyer for issuing demand letters if required.

2. Property Upkeep and Maintenance

• Address tenant complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Source reliable contractors and prepare a price comparison with at least three quotations.

3. Property Occupancy

• Advertise vacant units at the property site and through online/offline platforms.
• Build a network of property agents to widen the reach for renting vacant lots.

4. Tenancy Agreement Renewal

• Send renewal notices to tenants at least three months before lease expiry.
• Conduct market surveys to determine competitive rental rates for the property.
