Property Management Head

Job Description:

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the team while providing guidance and assistance to achieve organizational targets.
• Resolving conflicts and escalated concerns from the Homeowners and other external partners.
• Reviews and improves processes for more accurate, more efficient, and more reliable practices.
• Provides insights and suggestions for efficient action.
• Mentors other property management personnel for performance improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/Property Management or any related course
• Extensive experience in customer relations, public speaking, and negotiation in the real estate industry
• Preferably, with a background in handling subdivision living experience, tenants' relations, and security management
