What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of assigned residential properties
• Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors to address any concerns or issues
• Coordinating and supervising cleaning, security, and other property services
• Preparing monthly reports and financial statements for property owners
• Conducting regular property inspections and identifying areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
