Role Description
We're hiring a Property Management Lead to scale our short-term & long-term rental operations across a growing real estate portfolio. You'll oversee a team of 2–3 Property Management Specialists, drive operational excellence, and own systems, SOPs, and training across Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Turno, and more. If you're passionate about hospitality, obsessed with systems, and thrive on elevating others, we'd love to meet you.
