Property Management Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed Engineer (Civil, Electrical,Mechanical)
• With at least 2 years experience in Property Management (Real Estate)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the administrative functions in the property management office including, but not limited to, office management, legal compliances, coordinate with HOA of the subdivision. Ensure that the property is well-kept and maintained by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance protocols.

• Overseeing overall facilities management at the assigned Property and Satellite Sales Office
• Serves as the development control officer, ensuring compliance of hose improvements according to building codes, deed of restrictions and constructions guidelines
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Handle admin tasks related to facilities management
