About the role

Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., a Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of the properties managed by the company. Their primary goal is to ensure the properties are well-maintained, financially sustainable, and provide excellent tenant or homeowner satisfaction.

What you'll do

Property Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repairs of facilities, utilities, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold property quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.

Tenant & Homeowner Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, unit owners, and homeowners' associations.
