Property Management Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Will handle the Tanza Garden Premiere, Tanza Garden Heights, and Tanza Graden Enclave (Hibiscus, Bromeliad & Hyacinth) projects.
• Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Property Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and organized property management records.
• Assist in tenant screening, application processing, and unit turnover.
• Assist with gate pass issuance, home improvement application, and construction bond refund processing.
• Schedule property inspections, meetings, and appointments with third-party stakeholders (e.g. utility provider)
