Own the
day-to-day property management operations, maintenance coordination, and KPI visibility
for a high-growth Seattle multifamily investment and property management firm.

Nordic Partners Investments (NPI) repositions distressed apartment buildings across Seattle's best neighborhoods—Fremont, Magnolia, Eastlake, and Queen Anne—transforming underperforming assets into stable, high-performing communities.

You will function as the
operational nerve center for a 56-property multifamily portfolio
, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, maintenance is controlled, KPIs are visible, and principals (Jeff and Kevin) stay focused on acquisitions, capital, and investor relationships.

This is
not a task-based VA role
. This is an
operations ownership role
with real accountability, autonomy, and measurable impact on portfolio performance.
