Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Relations

• Manage leasing processes, including preparing and issuing lease agreements and renewals
• Provide rental increase notices in accordance with company policy and local regulations
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and provide prompt, professional communication
• Conduct monthly rent follow-ups and monitor payment status
