Job Description

                    A Property Management Company is inviting suitable and qualified individuals to apply for Technician. 
The successful candidate may expand their career development with the Organisation. 
The post is reporting to Property Manager and responsible to trouble shoot the arising facility related matters. 
He is required to conduct the periodic preventive and services as planned and scheduled to ensure all equipment are under proper operational capacity. 
Coordinate and follow through together with contractors during the services and repairs and maintenance. 
The position is based at Bukit Mertajam, Penang. 
Salary will commensurate with the qualification and working experience.
