Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: $2,000-3,000 USD/month (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday-Friday EST; must be available for weekend shift for emergency situations

About The Company
A fast-growing co-living startup that recently closed a seed round (December 2025) and is scaling rapidly, with ~25 homes expected by Spring. We specialize in a modern co-living model and are transitioning from external property managers to a fully in-house operations team.
This is a foundational hire. You'll be the first in-house Property Manager and will play a critical role in building systems, setting standards, and eventually leading a small team.
