Property Manager Assistant

We are looking for a Property Manager Assistant to join our team in Córdoba. This role will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of two apartment buildings located next to each other, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and guest reception.
• Provide guest support during their stay , assisting with questions or resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to address maintenance or operational matters.
• Organize and coordinate the cleaning team , ensuring apartments are ready for guest arrivals.
• Set and communicate cleaning priorities based on scheduled check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist the Property Manager with the daily operational management of the properties.
