The Position:

• Temp INNER NORTH BRISBANE Role - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY!
• Remote/Hybrid/Onsite - In-office
• Position - Property Manager
• When - Immediate start, ongoing position 
• Duties - End to end portfolio management for up to 150 local properties all within 10KM of the office - no trust accounting
• Software/s - Property Tree, IRE and Inspection Express, Tapi 
• Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm
• Parking - Street and there is a small car park
• Company Car - No - you will be paid $0.98 per KM 
• Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
