Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 35-unit affordable housing community in Maine. This is an onsite Long-term Contract opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can balance day-to-day property operations with strong leadership and resident support. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on property management experience, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a stable, well-run environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
