Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and oversee daily operations.
  • Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
  • Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management.
  • Prepare and submit management reports to the client.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties, or at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management.
