About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our growing team at VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our diverse residential property portfolio. What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-kept and tenant-ready
• Conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and addressing any tenant concerns in a timely manner
• Overseeing the collection of rents, processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable tenants, as well as managing tenancy agreements and renewals
